These letters inform occupants that Hi-Tech Painting Ltd. will be working around their unit. The foreman's name is on each letter and all occupants are invited to address any paint related questions to him. Quality Guarantee: We do things right the First Time. We provide a Two Year Guarantee for most vertical surfaces and a One Year Guarantee for most horizontal surfaces. Elastomeric coatings can be guaranteed for up to five years. Quality Equipment and Paint: Hi-Tech Painting uses only top of the line equipment including airless sprayers and power washers. This ensures that the job is done quickly with little inconvenience to you and the people living or working in the complex.
