þ We guarantee the workmanship and materials on your job, that they will not peel or blister for a period of TWO YEARS on the vertical surfaces, and one year on he horizontal surfaces. GUARANTEE INCREASES TO FIVE YEARS ON AREAS with two coats of Elastomeric Coating. NO GUARANTEE ON DECKS.
þ We promise that failed areas as a result of poor workmanship or materials will be repaired at no cost to you.

RESTRICTIONS TO GUARANTEE (areas not guaranteed)- Galvanized metals - work not paid for in full - areas with moisture problems - varnished surfaces - decks, steps or walked-on surfaces - rotten wood, or metal with excessive rust - horizontal surfaces where water can't escape - deteriorated substrates - structural damage. |
